from “disEASE” into a life of more “EASE”.
Enjoy an opportunity to explore what mindfulness is and
how it can impact our commitment to physical activity, our
weight management, our stress management and ultimately
our general wellbeing.
Experience some brief introductions to mindful eating,
mindful walking, mindful breathing.
