A real insight! I'm the caretaker for an old lady who has had a hard time moving into the 21st century! She spends so much time trying to buy for, cook for, eat heart-healthy meals, this old lady (on borrowed time) isn't getting her projects finished. (Like preparation for income tax accountant.) Someday soon I'm going to get back to WellnessRising & get help!
